Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the F&B industry and a passion for driving operational excellence. The Operations Manager will collaborate with store teams, support functions, and senior leadership to enhance customer experiences, optimize processes, and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
- Ensure operational excellence across all Joe & The Juice outlets by monitoring service quality, product consistency, and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and health and safety regulations.
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions to improve store performance.
2. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and team members to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Set clear goals and expectations for store teams, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Drive employee engagement and create a positive work culture aligned with Joe & The Juice’s values.
3. Sales & Profitability
- Monitor store performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to achieve or exceed financial targets.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, optimize labor costs, and control inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
4. Customer Experience
- Ensure all outlets deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Joe & The Juice’s brand standards.
- Act on customer feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Champion the brand’s identity and ensure consistency in all customer interactions.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior management on store performance and operational initiatives.
6. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with Saudi food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to operational and brand standards.
- Address any compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Key Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Proven track record of managing and improving store performance.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in operational systems, financial reporting, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
