Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination and Scheduling
- Collaborate with the Facility and Fit-Out Manager to schedule tasks and set deadlines.
- Organize and delegate maintenance activities within the team based on priorities and skills.
- Act as the primary liaison between the maintenance team, procurement, finance, and other departments.
2. Vendor and Contractor Management
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Identify and onboard vendors or service providers for maintenance and fit-out tasks as needed.
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare necessary documentation for maintenance activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Compile and present reports on maintenance progress, costs, and any issues to the Facility and Fit-Out Manager.
4. Technical Support
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings to support maintenance and fit-out activities.
- Provide technical insights related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and fit-outs to assist the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Key Qualifications
Education:
- Engineering background with the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Coordinator.
Skills:
- General knowledge of MEP systems and fit-out processes.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
