Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination and Scheduling

  • Collaborate with the Facility and Fit-Out Manager to schedule tasks and set deadlines.
  • Organize and delegate maintenance activities within the team based on priorities and skills.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the maintenance team, procurement, finance, and other departments.

2. Vendor and Contractor Management

  • Communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Identify and onboard vendors or service providers for maintenance and fit-out tasks as needed.

3. Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare necessary documentation for maintenance activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Compile and present reports on maintenance progress, costs, and any issues to the Facility and Fit-Out Manager.

4. Technical Support

  • Understand and interpret engineering drawings to support maintenance and fit-out activities.
  • Provide technical insights related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and fit-outs to assist the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Qualifications

Education:

  • Engineering background with the ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Coordinator.

Skills:

  • General knowledge of MEP systems and fit-out processes.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
