Position Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Copywriter with an agency background and expertise in crafting compelling social media content and brand concepts. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of audience engagement, and the ability to create impactful messaging across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Develop engaging, on-brand copy for social media, digital ads, website content, and marketing materials.
- Craft creative brand narratives, campaign concepts, and taglines that resonate with target audiences.
- Write persuasive and conversion-focused content for product launches, promotions, and storytelling campaigns.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop engaging post captions, hooks, and call-to-actions (CTAs) to drive interaction.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, voice, and positioning.
Brand Development & Concept Creation
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to develop unique campaign concepts.
- Assist in naming projects, slogans, and creative directions for new brand initiatives.
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to refine content strategies.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure a seamless blend of visuals and copy.
- Edit and refine content based on performance analytics and audience insights.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, cultural moments, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or brand storytelling within an agency setting.
- Strong background in social media content writing, creative concepts, and campaign messaging.
- Proven ability to create engaging, witty, and culturally relevant copy for various platforms.
- Experience working with food & beverage, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is a plus.
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology, tone of voice, and brand storytelling.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
