Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute overarching brand strategies that align with INDPT's goals, ensuring each restaurant maintains its unique "vibe" and DNA.
- Lead the charge on innovative campaigns and high-energy product launches that cut through the noise and resonate with our target audience.
- Protect and polish our brand identities by overseeing the creation of all multimedia content and marketing assets, ensuring they are always on-point.
- Act as the connective tissue between the Creative, Operations, and Sales teams to make sure our brand message is delivered consistently at every touchpoint.
- Keep a pulse on the market by monitoring trends, consumer shifts, and competitor moves to spot the next big opportunity before anyone else does.
- Build and manage a powerful digital presence, from social media strategy to high-impact influencer partnerships that drive visibility and engagement.
- Drive brand loyalty through strategic community engagement, PR activities, and CSR initiatives that reflect our values and connect with the heart of the city.
- Own the numbers by tracking KPIs and delivering sharp, data-driven reports to the executive team with clear recommendations for growth and improvement.
