Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Supervise and support team performance to maintain operational excellence.

Maintain grooming, hygiene, and service standards across all areas.

Handle guest interactions, feedback, and ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

For cashiers and baristas – handle transactions and beverage preparation following company standards.

For runners and servers – ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within F&B or hospitality.

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work across different brands and locations within UAE.

Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
