- Lead and manage all gelato production operations
- Develop and innovate new gelato flavors and seasonal menus
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor and control food costs, waste, and inventory
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP compliance)
- Train, supervise, and motivate the gelato production team
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage supplier relationships
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and product development
🧑🍳 Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gelato Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of authentic gelato production techniques
- Creative mindset with a passion for flavor innovation
- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in premium dessert or F&B concepts is an advantage
