Oversee multiple outlets to ensure optimal financial and operational performance, high-quality standards, and an exceptional customer experience.
Monitor outlet performance and achieve financial and operational targets.
Ensure food quality, service excellence, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Lead and develop teams across multiple outlets.
Support new outlet openings and implement growth and expansion strategies.
Prepare regular reports for senior management and analyze performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the F&B sector.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to travel between outlets.
