we are looking for a highly organized and creative Event Manager to oversee and execute our brand events, activations, and promotional campaigns across KSA. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging events that drive customer engagement, boost brand awareness, and enhance Joe & The Juice’s reputation in the region.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for experiential marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple events while ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Event Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a strategic event calendar for Joe & The Juice in KSA.
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, brand events, influencer meet-ups, corporate collaborations, and pop-ups.
  • Ensure all events align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, franchise partners, and external vendors to bring event concepts to life.

📣 Event Management & Execution

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of all events, from planning to post-event evaluation.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, supplier coordination, branding, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality customer experience at all events.
  • Handle permits, approvals, and legal requirements related to events.

📊 Budgeting & Performance Analysis

  • Develop and manage the event budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Track event KPIs (attendance, engagement, sales impact) and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and innovation in event execution.

🤝 Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

  • Build relationships with corporate clients, shopping malls, event agencies, and influencers to drive event opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorships and partnerships that align with the brand’s positioning.
  • Coordinate with the social media and PR teams to amplify event impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or F&B industry.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage large-scale brand events and activations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
  • Experience managing event budgets and performance tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event management tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
