Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and brand identity.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to promote the brand effectively.
  • Support digital advertising efforts, including sponsored posts and paid campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for food, dining, and the restaurant industry.
