Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and brand identity.
- Manage day-to-day activities across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain excellent customer relations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize engagement and reach.
- Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visuals.
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to promote the brand effectively.
- Support digital advertising efforts, including sponsored posts and paid campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
