Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high service standards, and drive profitability while fostering a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring fast and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with local regulations.
  • Optimize restaurant workflow to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for speed of service, cleanliness, and food handling.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, crew members, and kitchen staff.
  • Conduct regular team briefings to communicate goals and operational updates.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that drives team engagement and productivity.

Financial & Sales Performance

  • Monitor sales targets, P&L, and operational expenses, ensuring profitability.
  • Control food costs, inventory, and labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce waste.
  • Drive upselling and suggestive selling techniques to maximize average ticket size.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on hospitality and problem resolution.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring brand loyalty.
  • Maintain brand image and consistency across all operational aspects.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Work with procurement and suppliers to manage inventory efficiently and prevent shortages.
  • Implement stock control procedures to minimize wastage and pilferage.
  • Ensure all equipment and restaurant facilities are properly maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QSR, fast casual, or fast food restaurant management.
  • Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
    • Experience in P&L management, cost control, and sales growth strategies.
    • Excellent communication and team motivation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of GCC/QSR market trends is a plus.
