We are currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the compliance team, ensuring that our products and processes meet quality, safety and regulatory standards both across our restaurant network and those of our franchise partners across the region.
Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead and develop the compliance team
- Develop, implement and maintain QA and compliance policies and procedures for suppliers and franchise partners
- Conduct audits and inspections
- Continuous improvement
- Documentation and reporting
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance or related field specifically in F&B or Food Production. You will have experience conducting audits and have a strong understanding of compliance standards. Previous experience supervising or leading a team in compliance is required and you must be willing to travel across our network.
