Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality, engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, reels, and graphics) for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce captivating videos and photos that highlight the brand’s unique food concepts and experiences.
  • Research and stay updated on content trends, ensuring the brand’s digital presence remains innovative and relevant.
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and scripts to enhance storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Manage and oversee content production shoots, sourcing locations, props, and talent as needed.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all content produced.
  • Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in content creation, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, or creative industries.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
    • Strong photography and videography skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.
    • Experience in video editing and post-production.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Strong storytelling ability with attention to detail.
    • Passion for creating visually appealing and audience-driven content.
    • Ability to brainstorm and execute creative ideas under tight deadlines.
  • Other Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
    • Understanding of Saudi Arabia’s cultural and social media trends.
