We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and drive a seamless recruitment process to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Talent Sourcing & Pipelining: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing and social media engagement.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Market Insights & Data-Driven Hiring: Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to improve hiring strategies and efficiency.
Diversity & Inclusion: Implement hiring practices that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications & Experience:

🔹 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Food & Beverage.
🔹 Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and AI-driven recruitment tools.
🔹 Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, interview techniques, and labor laws.
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Passionate about talent acquisition trends, employer branding, and recruitment analytics.
