Job Summary:

As a Store Manager at Joe & The Juice, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining the brand's energetic and dynamic culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Sales:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and adherence to company policies.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through excellent customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Monitor and optimize store profitability, including labor costs and waste management.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team of juicers and baristas.
  • Lead by example in fostering a high-energy, team-oriented, and fun work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards:

  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest.
  • Uphold and enforce Joe & The Juice’s brand guidelines, store aesthetics, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are strictly followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail, hospitality, or food & beverage management role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Passion for customer service and a dynamic, high-energy work environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory and financial management (P&L experience is a plus).
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
