Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude
• Scoop and serve gelato according to brand standards
• Take orders and process payments through POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
• Refill display, monitor stock, and assist in daily operations
• Provide menu recommendations and explain gelato flavors
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
• Previous experience in F&B or café is an advantage
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
